Delivery

BMTG delivers throughout Poland and to many countries worldwide, including European Union countries, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Order Processing Time

Orders for products available in the store are usually dispatched on the same business day if they are placed and paid for by 12:00 noon.

The maximum order processing time is specified on each product page and is calculated from the date the sales contract is concluded.

If any circumstances arise that may result in a longer processing time, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer.

Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using logistics providers cooperating with BMTG, in particular:

• InPost,
• DPD,
• other carriers depending on the type and destination of the shipment.

International Delivery

BMTG delivers throughout Poland and to many countries worldwide. Orders are shipped both within the European Union and to selected countries outside Europe, including the United States, Canada and Australia.

Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging. If there is any visible damage, we recommend preparing a damage report in the presence of the carrier and contacting BMTG.

Shipment Tracking

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a tracking number allowing them to monitor the delivery status.
